REFUND POLICY

Order Modification or Cancellation

Please email us at support@flowearth.co as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will try to process your request but please note that once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes including address change or order cancellation. 


Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after you placed your order, please email us at support@flowearth.co with your order number and we will look into this matter.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer. 

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery. 

Damaged/Incorrect Order

If your order arrived damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order at support@flowearth.co with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item you received. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Our refund policy and satisfaction guarantee ensures that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at support@flowearth.co We will either send you a replacement product or refund your order, depending on the circumstances.


If you ask for a refund, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card you used to make your purchase, and it should be credited back in your account within 7-10 business days.
